Swagsay is an online fashion brand in India. When we say "we", "us", or "Swagsay", we mean the business shown in the Business & Legal Information section below. When we say "you", we mean any visitor or customer.

These rules are for everyone who visits or buys from us. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use our website or place an order.

To place an order, the details you give us must be true and correct.

• You log in and check out using an OTP sent to your mobile or email. You do not need a password.
• Please keep your mobile number and email safe, since your account is linked to them.
• Please do not misuse the website or place fake orders.

We try to show every product as clearly as we can. But our clothes are made by hand, so small differences are normal.

• Colours may look a little different because of lighting or your screen. This is not a fault.
• Sometimes we may use a similar good-quality lace or button if the exact one is not available. This small change is not a fault.
• We use good fabric, but we cannot promise how it will look after washing or long use.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and already include all taxes (GST).
• We can change prices, offers, and stock at any time. The price you pay is the price shown when you check out.
• Custom-stitched orders may cost extra. This extra charge starts from ₹100 and can be more for some dresses. You will see it before you confirm your order.
• If a price is shown wrong by mistake, we may cancel that order and return any money you paid.

Your order is confirmed only after payment is done. We accept full payment before delivery only.

• You can pay by UPI, Debit/Credit Card, or Net Banking through a safe payment page.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) and part payment are not available.
• We never save your card number, UPI PIN, or CVV. The payment company handles all of this safely.

• Orders usually reach you in 7–12 working days (Sundays and public holidays are not counted).
• When you can exchange or return an item, and the time limit for it, is written on our Exchange & Return page.
• If the price tag or label has been removed, we cannot accept a return or exchange. This is true in every case, even for a damaged item.

The name "Swagsay", our logo, website design, text, and product photos belong to us and are protected by Indian law. We have also applied to register "Swagsay" and its logo as a trademark.

Please do not copy or use our name, logo, or content without our written permission.

When using our website, please do not:

• Order using false details or someone else's details.
• Try to hack or break into our systems.
• Use the website for anything against the law or to harm Swagsay or other people.
• Cheat our exchange, return, or offer system with false claims.

We take great care with every order. As far as the law allows, if something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is limited to the value of that order. We are not responsible for delays caused by things we cannot control, like bad weather or courier problems.

These rules do not take away any right you have as a customer under India's consumer laws.

These rules follow the laws of India. Any legal matter will be handled only by the courts in Chinsurah, Hooghly, West Bengal.
