Exchange Policy
Request Timeline
Submit your exchange request within 3 days of delivery.

A non-refundable shipping charge of ₹200 is required to initiate the exchange.

Pickup Service
We arrange pickup from your address (up to 3 attempts). If pickup fails, you must self-ship at your own expense.
Exclusions
Only one exchange per order. No exchanges on Sale items or Discounted products.

Return & Refund Policy
Applicable For
Returns and refunds are only applicable for Damaged or Defective products. Please ensure you report within the specified timeline.

Report within 48 Hours
Any damage or defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Reports after this window will not be accepted.

Share Unboxing Video + Photos
An unboxing video (starting from the sealed packet) and clear photos must be shared via WhatsApp at 9038505152. This is mandatory.

Return Pickup Arranged
We arrange a pickup from your location. If pickup is unavailable in your area, please send the product via India Speed Post.

Shipping Cost Reimbursed
Self-ship cost will be refunded up to ₹80 upon sharing the Speed Post receipt with us.

Refund Processed
Refund is processed within 7 working days after inspection — credited to your original payment method or provided UPI / Google Pay number.

No refund or exchange if the price tag or label has been removed or tampered with.
Usage
Used or washed products are strictly ineligible for returns or exchanges.

Product colors may vary slightly due to photographic lighting or screen settings; this is not considered a defect.
Fabric Care
We use high-quality fabrics, but no guarantee is provided for changes after washing or usage.
Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Chinsurah, Hooghly Court.
