Return & Refund Policy
Applicable For
Returns and refunds are only applicable for Damaged or Defective products. Please ensure you report within the specified timeline.

Report within 48 Hours
Any damage or defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Reports after this window will not be accepted.

Share Unboxing Video + Photos
An unboxing video (starting from the sealed packet) helps us resolve your claim quickly and reliably, and is strongly requested. Please share it along with clear photos via WhatsApp at 9062151693. If a video is not available, we will still consider photos and other evidence, though resolution may take longer.

Return Pickup Arranged
We arrange a pickup from your location. If pickup is unavailable in your area, please send the product via India Speed Post.

Shipping Cost Reimbursed
Self-ship cost will be refunded up to ₹80 upon sharing the Speed Post receipt with us.

Refund Processed
If a damage or defect is confirmed after our inspection, the refund is processed within 7 working days and credited back to your original payment method, in the same way the payment was made.

Disclaimer on Trims & Accessories
To maintain our premium quality, we may occasionally substitute laces or buttons with equally high-grade alternatives if the exact ones shown in the picture are unavailable. Minor variations in these trims from the model image are not considered defects and are not valid grounds for return or exchange. Please acknowledge this before placing an order.
Custom Sizes — Please Read Before Ordering
Any order where your measurements fall outside our standard size chart (XS–3XL) is custom-stitched exclusively to your measurements — regardless of which size label you select. This includes cases where you order within XS–3XL but your actual measurements do not match any standard size in our chart.
Extra Charge (Above 3XL only): An additional charge starting from ₹100 is applied only when the size selected is above 3XL, and may be higher for certain dresses or designs. If your measurements fall outside the chart but within XS–3XL labels, no extra charge is applied.
No Return or Exchange for Size/Preference: Since each custom-stitched piece is made only for you, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of size or personal preference — whether the size selected is above 3XL or within the standard range but with out-of-chart measurements. However, if a product arrives damaged or defective, it is covered by our Return & Refund Policy above.

Product Condition
Items must be in original packaging, properly folded, and unused for returns or exchanges.
Tags & Labels
No refund or exchange if the price tag or label has been removed or tampered with. This condition applies in all cases, including damaged or defective claims.
Usage
Used or washed products are strictly ineligible for returns or exchanges.
Color Disclaimer
Product colors may vary slightly due to photographic lighting or screen settings; this is not considered a defect.
Fabric Care
We use high-quality fabrics, but no guarantee is provided for changes after washing or usage.
Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Chinsurah, Hooghly Court.
